Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling system. Appointments are confirmed once deposit is received and the booking confirmation is sent. Deposit is required at the time of booking for all sessions and add‑on services. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled session at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. No‑shows will be charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen—please reach out as soon as possible if unexpected circumstances arise. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information and for completing any requested preparation prior to the session. Agreement By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
